Asset Officer / Inventory Controller – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Western Bainoona Group

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

• Asset Officer (1 Position):
  • Maintain accurate asset registration and proper tagging procedures.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams and end-users for timely asset updates.
• Inventory Controllers (2 Positions):
  • Handle full physical verification of inventory and frequent stock reconciliation.
  • Ensure assets are tracked accurately and reported with precision to support operations.

Role Requirements:

• UAE work experience is essential for both positions.
• Valid UAE driving license is REQUIRED.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen analytical mindset.
• Prior exposure to asset management and inventory control functions is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
