Finance Manager – Dubai, UAE | FreshOnTable DWC LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to guide business decisions.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements including VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS.
• Coordinate external/internal audits and maintain robust internal control frameworks.
• Partner with senior management to support growth initiatives and improve profitability.
• Implement process improvements and systems to increase reporting quality.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS).
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or start-up/scale-up environments is desirable.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on working style.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
