Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Complaints Management: Handle, resolve, and monitor customer complaints for timely satisfaction.
  • Call Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Policy & Process Improvement: Review and enhance customer service policies to boost efficiency.
  • Reporting & Surveys: Prepare monthly reports and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Team Supervision & Development: Mentor and supervise the customer service team (where applicable).
  • Training: Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Open only for Arab Nationals (Mandatory).
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Graduate in Finance or a relevant field.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
