Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Complaints Management: Handle, resolve, and monitor customer complaints for timely satisfaction.
- Call Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Review and enhance customer service policies to boost efficiency.
- Reporting & Surveys: Prepare monthly reports and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Team Supervision & Development: Mentor and supervise the customer service team (where applicable).
- Training: Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for new hires.
Requirements:
- Open only for Arab Nationals (Mandatory).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Graduate in Finance or a relevant field.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
