Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare commercial documents including quotations, proposals, and invoices.
- Handle client enquiries and follow up on leads to ensure strong customer engagement.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to capture project requirements.
- Track orders, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the sales team during meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Filipino National (as specified in description).
- 1–2 years UAE experience in IT, system integration, or a related technology sector.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
