Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, resolving hardware/software issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email provisioning, and security policies.
- Monitor and configure network security, including firewall management and basic network troubleshooting.
- Manage Synology NAS (folders, permissions, backups, storage).
- Support ERPNext users with issue resolution and basic configuration.
- Perform data backup and recovery tasks and maintain endpoint security.
- Manage IT asset inventory and troubleshoot CCTV/IP camera systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and escalations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in IT Support with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Practical experience with network devices, firewalls, endpoint security, and backup systems.
- Familiarity with ERPNext is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in the UAE and able to join promptly.
