Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and general hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest service.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to raise service standards and staff performance.
- Commercial Management: Monitor and improve financial and commercial performance; assist in managing budgets, revenue, and cost controls.
- Collaboration: Work with the General Manager to implement standards and resolve guest/staff issues promptly.
- Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
