Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the project management system to identify material picking and dispatch requirements.
- Accurately pick, prepare, and stage materials for outgoing deliveries and project use.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
- Receive all inbound shipments, inspect materials, and confirm quantities/specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in line with company procedures.
- Organise warehouse storage systematically, following FIFO and other best-practice inventory methods.
- Perform regular stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
