Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities: (70% Property / 30% Admin)
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, deep cleaning schedules, and coordination with third-party service providers.
- Manage refurbishment and improvement projects, including timelines, budgets, and contractor communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors and service teams to ensure quality standards.
- Provide administrative support such as diary and calendar management, travel arrangements, visa coordination, and expense tracking.
- Organise and support private or corporate events, including guest coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management, administrative support, or high-end hospitality/luxury environments.
- Valid UAE driving licence or the ability to convert an existing licence immediately.
- Highly flexible, dependable, and discreet with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
