Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source qualified real estate agents using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience and sales potential.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules while maintaining an organised recruitment pipeline.
- Clearly explain Riva Maison’s commission structure and value proposition.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of agents into the business.
- Track hiring metrics, conversion ratios, and weekly recruitment performance to meet monthly targets.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500.
- Bonus: AED 800 – 1,200 for every agent successfully onboarded.
- Override Commission: 5% – 7% on deals closed by agents you hire (direct role in revenue generation).
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience managing volume hiring and consistent candidate follow-ups.
- KPI-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely within a structured weekly framework.
