Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social platforms, and email marketing.
- Manage performance marketing activities including social ads, search, retargeting strategies, and lead funnels.
- Build and manage a structured content system, including editorial calendars, email marketing, and in-club signage.
- Grow and manage the club’s social media presence (focus on Instagram aesthetic).
- Track and analyse marketing performance through pipeline metrics (lead to tour to member), attribution, and ROI dashboards.
- Conceptualise and deliver campaigns and events for launches, community engagement, and lead generation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience covering both brand and performance marketing (fitness/wellness preferred).
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to produce polished copy and solid analytical/reporting skills.
- A portfolio showcasing at least 2–3 campaigns with measurable, quantified results.
- Proven ownership mindset with excellent project management abilities.
