HR Recruiter – Dubai, UAE | LITCO Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
• Source and attract candidates using platforms such as Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Dubizzle.
• Conduct initial screening calls, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain organized recruitment records including candidate pipelines and trackers.
• Support bulk hiring requirements, particularly for blue-collar and manpower roles.
• Coordinate onboarding processes including document collection and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles (Engineers, Supervisors, HR, Finance, etc.).
• Strong background in blue-collar hiring (technicians, helpers, welders, drivers, and related roles).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
