Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor – Dubai, UAE | Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, and Reconciliations).
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities in line with IFRS standards.
• Manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and support internal/external audits.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial data integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, specifically within Oil & Gas or with Big 4 exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
