Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Support daily Front Desk operations and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Ensure a personalized and pleasant stay by anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Russian, French, or Turkish is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Location: Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
