Quantity Surveyor & Estimator – Dubai, UAE | Truewood

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimation for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and handle variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure cost-efficiency and material compliance.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing and technical evaluations.

Key Requirements:

• Strictly 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and estimation.
• Specific expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works is essential.
• Mandatory UAE experience with a strong understanding of local market rates and standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
