Civil 3D Draftsman (Utilities) – UAE | CADD Emirates

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Utility Drafting: Develop detailed drawings for both Wet Utilities (water, sewerage, drainage) and Dry Utilities (power, telecommunications, street lighting).
• Design Coordination: Ensure utility layouts are seamlessly integrated with road designs and other infrastructure components.
• Software Execution: Utilize Civil 3D, MicroStation, or AutoCAD to create accurate technical models and plan sets.
• Technical Review: Understand and implement utility coordination requirements to avoid site-level clashes.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate and coordinate effectively with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in utility or infrastructure-related projects.
• Mandatory background working on road projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Wet & Dry Utilities design and drafting.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D (preferred), MicroStation, or AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of utility drawings, layouts, and standard coordination protocols.
• Current residence in the UAE is preferred, though international applicants are welcome.
