Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for both blue-collar (technicians, cleaners, etc.) and white-collar professional roles.
- Overseas Sourcing: Lead international recruitment campaigns, coordinating with external agencies for sourcing, interviews, and logistics.
- Local Talent Acquisition: Drive local hiring through job portals, referrals, and managing walk-in recruitment drives.
- PRO Coordination: Work closely with the PRO and HR teams to facilitate visa processing, entry permits, and initial onboarding documentation.
- Administrative Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to UAE Labor Laws and MoHRE regulations.
- Reporting: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and hiring data to provide management with regular status reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE Expertise: Mandatory prior recruitment experience within the United Arab Emirates.
- Volume Hiring: Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced Facilities Management setting.
- Coordination Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage stakeholders from external agencies to internal PRO teams.
- Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse candidate pools.
