Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation: Apply and maintain advanced HACCP principles and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) across all operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strictly adherence to Abu Dhabi Food Safety laws and local regulatory standards.
- Hygiene Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of food handling, temperature controls, and storage practices.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulously accurate and auditable food safety records, logs, and reports using MS Office.
- Audit Support: Lead corrective action processes during internal and external audits/inspections.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience; preference given to those with an industrial catering background.
- Certifications: Mandatory Food Safety Level 3 or HACCP Level 4 certification.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi for effective team coordination.
- Availability: Candidates ready to join immediately are highly preferred.
