Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform the nightly audit of all front office financial transactions to ensure accuracy in the Property Management System (PMS).
- End-of-Day Processing: Close out the current business day and initiate the next day’s financial records.
- Front Desk Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during the overnight shift with professionalism.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and audit summaries for management review.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises during night hours to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel security protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any guest issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in Front Office operations and specific Night Audit duties within a hotel environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Complete willingness and flexibility to work dedicated night shifts.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, IDS) and basic accounting principles.
