Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Conversion: Transform inbound leads and outbound inquiries into active, long-term monthly meal subscription customers.
- Health Consulting: Provide expert consultations regarding calorie requirements, macro-nutrients, and fitness objectives to align with client lifestyle preferences.
- Retention & Growth: Proactively manage renewals and identify upselling opportunities to increase the customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate with the kitchen and fulfillment teams to ensure flawless customer onboarding and on-time meal deliveries.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales targets within the company’s CRM system.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience specifically in meal prep, healthy food subscriptions, or fitness nutrition.
- Language: Tagalog language proficiency is highly preferred to cater to specific target demographics.
- Telesales Mastery: Strong ability to conduct consultative sales over the phone and via digital channels.
- Product Knowledge: High confidence in explaining weight-loss solutions, diet programs, and healthy lifestyle benefits.
