Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Reception Duties: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing high-volume incoming calls professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain highly accurate records, physical filing systems, and digital documentation.
- Support & Correspondence: Assist with drafting official correspondence, preparing reports, and managing executive schedules.
- Staff Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the management and departmental staff as required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in admin or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Software Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Competencies: Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and support team-wide operations with a positive attitude.
