Civil Project Manager – Full Project Lifecycle – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Connecting Minds Global

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full construction lifecycle from excavation and foundation to structural completion and final handover.
• On-Site Leadership: Supervise all civil construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to resolve technical conflicts.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for consultants, subcontractors, and Abu Dhabi government authorities.
• Project Controls: Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule while upholding the highest HSE and quality standards.
• Strategic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress updates and resource planning reports for Senior Management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: At least 15 years of proven experience in civil construction project management, specifically with villas and high-rise developments.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for professional communication and regulatory coordination.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, permitting processes, and municipality approvals.
• Leadership: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary site teams.
