Operations In Charge – Dubai, UAE | ARACKAL GROUP

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple interior fit-out sites, ensuring all work aligns with approved project plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between designers, project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to maintain operational synergy.
• Resource Optimization: Manage labor deployment and track material availability to prevent downtime and ensure consistent workflow.
• Schedule Tracking: Monitor project timelines rigorously, ensuring all site performance meets established milestones and quality standards.
• Crisis Management: Identify potential on-site technical or logistical issues early and implement swift, effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site reviews to ensure joinery, MEP, and finishing works adhere to the high standards of the ARACKAL GROUP.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of solid experience in operations or site management within the interior fit-out industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of fit-out materials, high-end joinery works, and the complexities of MEP coordination.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
• Management Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, set site priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse multicultural site teams and subcontractors.
