🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Support: Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Personnel Documentation: Manage all physical and digital personnel files, ensuring high levels of confidentiality and organization.
  • PRO Coordination: Assist with PRO-related processes including visa documentation, medical tests, and labor contracts.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leave records, and attendance.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare basic HR reports, internal memos, and coordinate general administrative functions for management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordination role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is considered a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-growth environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth coordination between management and staff.
