Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- PRO & Government Liaison: Coordinate with the PRO for all visa processing, renewals, labor cards, and Emirates ID applications to ensure 100% legal compliance.
- ERP Data Management: Create and maintain comprehensive employee records within the ERP Oracle system, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Travel Logistics: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) in alignment with corporate policies and cost-efficiency targets.
- Medical Insurance: Coordinate with providers for employee insurance claims, card issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
- Recruitment Support: Liaise with local and overseas agencies to fulfill manpower requirements and manage communication with applicants.
- Manpower & Payroll: Monitor staff attendance, verify outsourced manpower invoices, and prepare monthly overtime and attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Administrative Procurement: Prepare purchase requests in the ERP Oracle system for administrative goods and services.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar HR or administrative role within the UAE.
- Systems Knowledge: Prior experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government portal operations (MOHRE, ICP).
- Organization: Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to manage travel, insurance, and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Communication: Fluent English communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
