Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- QA/QC Implementation: Develop, monitor, and enforce QA/QC procedures across all infrastructure project activities.
- Compliance Inspections: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure all civil works align with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material testing records, and quality logs.
- NCR Management: Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Audits & Reviews: Support and lead internal and external quality audits and technical reviews as required by the project lifecycle.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- Project Track Record: Proven experience working on at least two major infrastructure projects in the region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), QA/QC processes, and technical reporting.
- Residency: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE with the ability to join immediately or on very short notice.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination, leadership, and professional communication abilities.
