Internal Auditor – Abu Dhabi, UAE | ASRS

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution: Plan and independently manage complex audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risk areas and financial leaks within recruitment and manpower supply operations.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all business activities strictly comply with UAE regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
• Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management, featuring clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Process Evaluation: Analyze multi-industry business environments to suggest practical improvements for operational efficiency and transparency.
• Verification: Conduct follow-up audits to verify the implementation of previously recommended corrective actions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience in internal auditing.
• Certification: Mandatory professional certification such as CIA, CA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent global qualification.
• Industry Background: Strong exposure to recruitment or manpower supply companies is highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to evaluate data, identify patterns of non-compliance, and draft technical reports.
• Geographic Preference: Candidates currently based in India are preferred for this position.
