Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Provide end-to-end logistics support and manage day-to-day operations aligned with interior project objectives.
- Site Mobilization: Organize and supervise project site setups, including the monitoring of employees, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Resource Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed movement plans for materials, manpower, light vehicles, and heavy equipment.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the central point for scheduling staff, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project timelines are met.
- Task Prioritization: Structure logistics work orders based on project urgency and maintain uninterrupted progress across multiple sites.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all logistics movements and site organizations adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in logistics planning, coordination, and resource allocation within a project-based environment.
- Attributes: High level of organizational skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a detail-oriented approach to scheduling.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams of contractors and vendors across Abu Dhabi sites.
