🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business growth, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and long-term employee engagement.
  • HR Transformation: Lead organizational restructuring, process automation, and culture-building programs to modernize the HR function.
  • Policy Implementation: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR policies, identifying gaps and ensuring strict compliance with the latest UAE Labour Laws.
  • Performance Management: Establish robust accountability structures, performance tracking systems, and data-driven HR reporting mechanisms.
  • Executive Partnership: Work closely with senior management to align human capital initiatives with operational milestones and corporate goals.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and maintaining rigorous legal and regulatory compliance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Professional HR credentials such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP are considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 to 6 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labour Law, compensation structures, and high-performance management frameworks.
  • Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strategic, solution-focused approach to organizational change.
