Junior Legal Advisor / Legal Associate – Dubai, UAE

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage construction-specific agreements, ensuring they align with project requirements and corporate standards.
• Advisory Support: Provide practical legal advice on UAE regulations, labor laws, and compliance matters affecting construction sites and project offices.
• Legal Documentation: Maintain and organize complex legal documentation processes for ongoing projects, ensuring all permits and licenses are current.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in UAE laws and regulations to ensure the organization maintains strict legal adherence.
