Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Associate (GSA): Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Reservation Agent: Process booking inquiries via phone and email, manage room inventory, and provide accurate information regarding hotel packages and rates.
- Waitress: Provide attentive and professional dining service, maintain table standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in our F&B outlets.
- Service Standards: Consistently deliver service that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with Connaught Palace’s luxury branding.
- Operational Support: Support the wider hotel team during peak occupancy and special events to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a hotel or the UAE hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage.
- Mindset: A customer-oriented professional with a positive, “can-do” attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
