Vacancies Details
1. Middle Management Position – Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose feasibility of development or maintenance projects ensuring business continuity
- Take decisions in defining contract modes for maximum efficiency per company policies
- Obtain project approvals and ensure accurate budgeting of capital and revenue projects
- Oversee activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Create master plans and monitor space and equipment utilization
- Execute projects as per scope, methodology, and HSE guidelines
- Manage project changes, handovers, and stakeholder coordination
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution
- Assess infrastructure/system upgrade requirements aligned with modern design innovations
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education; preferably a Master’s degree from a HEC recognized university or equivalent foreign institution
- Preferably with majors in Engineering or a related field
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience
- At least 3–4 years of related functional experience in a similar role, ideally in a large national/multinational organization
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Age Limit:
- Preferably not more than 40 years as of the application submission deadline
