HSE Engineer – United Arab Emirates

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Implementation: Implement and oversee HSE management systems on construction and interior fit-out sites.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop Method Statements to mitigate potential hazards.
• Audits & Inspections: Perform regular site safety audits and inspections to ensure 100% compliance with UAE safety regulations.
• Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety induction and training sessions for all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of any on-site incidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all activities are in line with the latest UAE health, safety, and environmental laws and local authority requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Certification: Mandatory certification in HSE such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations and practical site safety management techniques.
• Attributes: High level of alertness, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a site-based role.
