Senior Logistics Coordinator – Dubai, UAE | Al Jamal Enterprises

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Operations: Oversee complete logistics cycles, including international imports, exports, and specialized shipping arrangements.
• Customs Management: Lead the customs clearance process, ensuring all documentation complies with UAE federal regulations and local port authorities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between freight forwarders, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal sales departments.
• Inventory & Tracking: Manage meticulous records of inventory movement and provide real-time shipment tracking to ensure supply chain visibility.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor shipping costs and logistics expenses to maintain high operational efficiency without compromising delivery timelines.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential logistics bottlenecks or delays in the supply chain.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven UAE logistics experience, specifically within FMCG or trading companies.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE import/export laws and Dubai Customs (Mirsal II) procedures.
• Product Knowledge: Prior experience handling personal care, beauty, or cosmetic products is considered a significant advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional coordination, communication, and high-level problem-solving abilities.
• Logistics Documentation: Expertise in handling Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and Health Certificates for FMCG goods.
