Finance Manager – Dubai Media City, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Manage end-to-end financial operations, focusing on cost control and management initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Strategic Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights for long-term planning and decision-making.
• Compliance & Tax: Oversee all tax-related matters and ensure the organization adheres to UAE federal regulations and financial standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and perform regular forecasting to identify financial risks and growth opportunities.
• Internal Auditing: Conduct internal and project-based audits to maintain robust financial controls and transparency.
• Reporting: Develop comprehensive management reports that clearly communicate financial performance to stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a financial analysis or management role; experience in the Technology or Cloud Services industry is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandatory) to support global team coordination.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with financial management systems and advanced analytical tools.
