Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the brokerage’s recognition and audience engagement in the UAE.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional media platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content aligned with the brand’s identity to support business goals and sponsorship activities.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze customer insights and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and sponsorship leads.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external media agencies and print vendors.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing senior leadership with data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in brand management, media handling, and strategic marketing roles.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing funnels.
- Event Management: Practical experience in organizing corporate events and managing high-value sponsorship activations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, measure marketing performance, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
