Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Support daily office operations by managing schedules, coordinating inter-departmental activities, and maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Management Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to senior leadership, including meeting coordination and agenda preparation.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily retrievable.
- Communication: Handle professional correspondence, manage incoming calls, and serve as a reliable point of contact for external partners.
- Task Prioritization: Manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive corporate information with the highest level of professional discretion and integrity.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work well within a team, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Availability: Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.
