Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and clients with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Communication Handling: Efficiently manage high-volume incoming calls, emails, and general corporate correspondence.
- Departmental Coordination: Act as a hub for communication between internal logistics teams and external stakeholders/partners.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential assistance for day-to-day office activities, including document preparation and mail sorting.
- Visitor Experience: Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for all corporate guests.
- Workflow Optimization: Support the office manager in streamlining daily administrative tasks to enhance overall operational efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or a relevant administrative certification.
- Experience: Previous experience within a freight forwarding or logistics company is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Professionalism: Presentable appearance with a polite, service-oriented attitude and excellent phone etiquette.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.
