Payroll Officer – Dubai, UAE | Euro Gulf Techno Services LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Process monthly payroll accurately, including base salaries, complex overtime calculations, and statutory deductions.
• WPS Compliance: Manage the timely disbursement of salaries through the Wage Protection System (WPS) in accordance with MOHRE regulations.
• Attendance Validation: Work closely with HR to validate biometric data and site timesheets, ensuring attendance records align with payroll outputs.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain highly confidential employee payroll records, leave balances, and disciplinary adjustment documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive payroll summaries and financial reports for HR and Finance department review.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding salary breakdowns, deductions, and final settlements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder, with a strong preference for Accounting or Commerce majors.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on UAE/GCC payroll processing experience, specifically within the construction or technical services sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid, up-to-date understanding of UAE Labor Law and WPS requirements.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas) and experience with HRIS or ERP accounting systems.
• Communication: Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to a diverse workforce.
• Availability: Open to UAE-based candidates and those currently in their home country available for immediate joining.
