Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Service Supervision: Oversee day-to-day Tea & Coffee Assistant (TCA) operations across multiple assigned locations, ensuring a premium service experience.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first-line support for clients and internal management, resolving service inquiries and operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery to ensure it consistently meets or exceeds Ejadah’s established hospitality and hygiene standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage staff performance, track attendance, and enforce workplace discipline and grooming standards.
- Training & Development: Conduct on-the-job training sessions to improve team technical skills and service etiquette.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate logs regarding stock usage and service metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement corrective actions and support quality control initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise a diverse team and maintain high morale and discipline.
- Operational Knowledge: Understanding of pantry management, hygiene standards (HACCP), and corporate etiquette.
- Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, proactive problem-solving, and professional communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare basic operational reports using MS Office.
