SAP Data Analyst – Master Data (S/4HANA) – Al Ain, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Execution: Perform hands-on master data extraction, cleansing, and validation to ensure “Fit-for-Purpose” data for S/4HANA.
• Migration Cycle: Actively participate in the data migration process, including template completion and trial uploads for modules like SD, FI-CO, EWM, MM, and PP.
• Functional Liaison: Partner with SAP functional consultants and business users to map legacy data to the new S/4HANA target structures.
• Accuracy & Quality: Take full ownership of data quality, consistency, and readiness for the S/4HANA go-live environment.
• Large-Scale Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools to process and reconcile large volumes of records without compromising on detail.
• Validation Support: Support the business in the UAT phase by providing accurate data extracts and reconciliation reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Master Data management.
• Technical Exposure: Prior hands-on experience in data migration projects and the preparation of complex master data templates.
• Analytical Skills: Expert-level Excel skills (Power Query, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, execution-focused (non-governance), and capable of managing heavy workloads independently.
• Availability: Immediate joiners to those with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
