QC Supervisor – Dubai, UAE | Al Barakah Dates Factory

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• In-Process Inspection: Perform regular quality inspections across all production stages in strict adherence to approved SOPs.
• CCP Monitoring: Verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and monitor process parameters according to the HACCP and QA plan.
• Characteristic Testing: Inspect products for physical attributes including appearance, texture, weight, color, and packaging integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate QC logs and enter test outcomes/deviations into the ERP system.
• Compliance & Hygiene: Enforce GMP, hygiene standards, and food safety practices on the production floor at all times.
• Sample Management: Collect and manage production samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical laboratory testing.
• Labeling Accuracy: Ensure correct labeling, coding, batch numbering, and expiry date application.
• Corrective Actions: Promptly report non-conformities and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on UAE experience in quality control within the Food or FMCG sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer data entry.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work night shifts as required by the production schedule.
• Location & Availability: Must be currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
