Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital financial records for the organization.
- Billing & Invoicing: Manage routine billing processes and prepare professional invoices for clients and partners.
- Internal Reporting: Assist the senior accounting team in preparing internal financial reports and month-end documentation.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure high levels of precision in all data entry tasks to support financial integrity and compliance.
- Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all accounting activities align with basic principles and internal standards.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure the timely completion of all accounting-related tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant accounting experience in a professional environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with standard accounting software packages.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in financial data entry.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles (Debits/Credits, Accruals, and Financial Statements).
- Attributes: Motivated, reliable, and capable of working effectively in an on-site office setting in Sharjah.
