Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Consultation: Assist guests with detailed reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the high-precision entry and management of reservation details within the Property Management System (PMS).
- Revenue Support: Provide clear and persuasive information regarding room availability, dynamic rates, and specialized hotel services.
- Communication Excellence: Maintain a professional and seamless booking experience through clear, proactive guest communication.
- Daily Operations: Support the wider reservations team in managing room blocks, group bookings, and daily inventory audits.
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are fulfilled.
🔹 Requirements:
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Service Mindset: A strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving guest inquiries efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage high-volume bookings accurately.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to learn and work efficiently with hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
