🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Create original interior concepts that balance depth and character with modern restraint.
• Curation: Develop bespoke mood boards and material palettes that are intentional and highly curated.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare precise detailed drawings, sections, and joinery details to resolve design challenges before execution.
• Client Presentation: Confidently present design narratives and technical solutions to high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Site & Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with site teams and consultants; review shop drawings meticulously to maintain design integrity.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables while ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Mentorship: Lead and guide junior designers, fostering a professional and structured studio culture.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience, specifically in high-end classic and luxury residential/commercial projects.
• Location: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE (applications from abroad will not be considered).
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of proportions, moldings, profiles, and custom joinery detailing.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop; working knowledge of 3ds Max for design reviews.
• Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of high-end finishes, stone, timber, and textile specifications.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills with a composed and professional working style.
