Customs PRO – Dubai, UAE | Sprint Worldwide Freight LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Customs Clearance: Execute end-to-end customs handling and clearance operations for sea and land freight.
• Inspection Supervision: Physically attend and manage customs inspections within JAFZA and other Dubai Free Zones.
• Documentation: Manage the preparation and processing of all import/export documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with Dubai Customs standards.
• Authority Liaison: Coordinate directly with customs authorities and free zone officials to resolve queries and expedite shipments.
• Operational Reporting: Provide internal teams with real-time updates on clearance statuses and potential inspection bottlenecks.
• Time-Sensitive Execution: Manage high-pressure, time-critical customs processes to avoid demurrage and storage costs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in customs handling within the UAE.
• Geographic Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of Jebel Ali (JAFZA) and other Dubai-based Free Zones.
• License: A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory (non-negotiable).
• Communication: Strong command of English for professional coordination; Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or those on short notice are preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and occasional night duties, to align with inspection schedules.
