Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue diverse sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Strategic Prospecting: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to source new business from developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key external stakeholders and internal departments to ensure project success.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert technical advice on landscaping or outdoor equipment.
- Market Tracking: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the specific territories of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
🔹 Requirements:
- Territory Specialization:
- Abu Dhabi Role: Requires proven outdoor sales experience specifically in landscaping works.
- Dubai Role: Requires experience in street furniture, kids’ play equipment, or swimming pool-related products.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience within the UAE market.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to closing deals.
- Mindset: Results-driven, energetic, and passionate about urban development and outdoor living solutions.
