Junior AutoCAD Draftsman – Ajman / Abu Dhabi, UAE | Geoestate Survey

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Drafting: Prepare highly accurate and detailed technical drawings, including topographic maps and site layouts, using AutoCAD.
• Data Conversion: Collaborate with field surveyors to translate raw survey data and design concepts into precise 2D/3D technical diagrams.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings follow specific industry drafting standards and project-specific technical requirements.
• Revision Management: Review, update, and revise existing drawings based on engineer feedback or updated project specifications.
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining an organized archive of drawing records and supporting project documentation for ongoing developments.

🔹 Requirements:

• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with GIS software is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in land surveying, mapping, or a directly related drafting role.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of land survey principles, including boundary determination and topographic survey methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Surveying, or a related technical field.
• Precision: High attention to detail with the ability to translate complex technical plans into clean, accurate drawings.
• Residency: Must be currently present in the UAE and available to work across Ajman or Abu Dhabi locations.
