Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval and sourcing to final onboarding and integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-suite executives and hiring managers to define talent requirements and long-term workforce strategies.
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead executive search and headhunting for senior management and specialized technical roles across UAE and African markets.
- TA Operations: Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and automation tools for efficiency.
- Vendor & Partnerships: Manage external recruitment agencies, headhunters, and university relations to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain TA dashboards, tracking key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.
- Employer Branding: Execute initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in global markets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 8–12 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience; proven track record in Manufacturing, Trading, Pharma, or Fintech.
- Geographic Exposure: Significant experience in the UAE market; additional exposure to African markets (West Africa) is a distinct advantage.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven recruitment reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration; professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex hiring negotiations.
- Location: Candidates currently based in Dubai will be given priority.
