Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Welcome visitors and clients with an energetic, warm, and professional attitude that sets a positive tone for their visit.
- Inquiry Management: Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
- Sales Support: Actively support sales activities, upsell packages, and contribute directly to the center’s revenue growth goals.
- Operational Accuracy: Manage the scheduling system, party bookings, and appointments with high attention to detail.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain an organized front desk and provide essential administrative support to the management team.
- First Impressions: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable and positive first impression of Play Create Eat.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry.
- Sales Background: A strong and proven background in sales is mandatory for this role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to engage and persuade guests effectively.
- Multitasking: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle high-volume front-desk traffic while maintaining sales focus.
- Personality: Professional appearance, high energy levels, and a consistently positive “can-do” attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
