Timekeeper – Dubai, UAE | Ancient Builders

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Verification: Monitor daily attendance using biometric systems integrated with manual on-site verification to ensure 100% data reliability.
• Manpower Productivity: Track idle manpower and report utilization concerns to site management to optimize project efficiency.
• Payroll Support: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on overtime, leave, and shift differentials to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Workforce Mobilization: Coordinate the movement, transfer, and reassignment of workers between different project sites as required.
• HR Liaison: Assist with vacation planning, return-to-work coordination, and documentation for site-based staff and laborers.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the functionality of on-site biometric devices and resolve any attendance or payroll discrepancies immediately.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Timekeeper, Site Administrator, or HR Support professional, ideally within the UAE construction sector.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with biometric attendance software and ERP systems.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to handle large data sets and confidential payroll information with zero errors.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between site workers, engineers, and head-office HR teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE Labor Law regarding working hours, overtime limits, and site safety regulations.
